First of all, i would like to express my sincere gratitude to my parents for organising such a wonderful birthday dinner for me; and my grandma, sis, cousins, uncles and aunties for making this a very memorable and fantastic one and also Uncle Ben for the Birthday cake. Had my early birthday buffet dinner at Furama Hotel's Tiffany's cafe on Saturday night with my grandma, parents, sister, Aunt, Uncle Ben, Aunt Annie, Uncle Harry, my cousins, Alvina, Berenda and Alvina's Bf, Ting Feng.

My cousins suggested to organise chalet birthday party for me initially but i prefer something simple so at last my parents decided to hold a mini one at the Hotel's cafe. Dinner started at 6.30pm, it was a sumptuous spread of international cuisine ranging from Chinese to Western food. Food there is quite up to the mark. Dinner buffet was a big difference from the lunch buffet which i had tried it before. Although the price for dinner is more expensive than the lunch, i felt that dinner is better worth the money. Anyway i managed to try every dishes except for those spicy ones which i dont have the courage to try it. Felt quite guilty afterwards cos i already promised jas to be on diet so that i will look better on her wedding day. Haha Anyway its my birthday! I gotta enjoy! Haha.

Jus as everyone of us already started "surrendering", the waiter came in with the 2kg ice cream cake that my uncle bought from Swensens and everyone started singing the birthday song which kinda attracted attention for the other diners. Haha. Anyway it was phototaking time afterwards and the waiter proceeded to cut the cake for us. Haha Judos to the waiter for having such a professional cake slicing skills cos the cake was divided into 14 slices neatly and equally. The cake was a combination of chocolate and hazel nut. Excellent taste and appearence!

As for the presents, recieved a CK perfume and a bouquet of pink white roses from my two cousins and Alvina's bf. Frankly speaking, I was quite taken aback by the flowers cos its my first time recieving flowers. But too bad the flowers came from my cousins instead. Haha Got a custom made bear from the make- a- bear workshop from my sis. It was a blue limited edition winter bear clothed in wedding dress and even panty. haha Ironically my sis decided to name the bear after me so the birth certificate of the bear looks quite confusing with the name of the bear being malvina and belongs to malvina. Haha Recieved a Soviet Titus Watch from my uncle (it was bought on the day that i signed the MOE contract so it kinda commemorates the date too), a diamond pendent cum necklace from my grandma, a pendent cum necklace from my aunt. And i have also decided to use all the angbao money to buy myself a digital camera cos the money will be likely to be used up to buy all the junk things if i dont spend it on something meaningful instead. By the way, i also recieved a "present" from MOE too, haha its my Public Servant card! Luckily the photo turn out quite nice.

Anyway attended my NIE classmate, Shikin's wedding yesterday. It was a simple yet wonderful event. Gotta thank Christopher for giving lyana and i a lift from all the way from Yishun to Shikin's place in Pasir Ris. Its my first time attending a malay wedding and well it was quite interesting. All the guests were in their best Malay traditional attire and we managed to catch a glimpse of the wedding couple. Shikin was so dressed up that i cant even recognise her. Haha. Anyway it was a buffet lunch again and we left shortly afterthat but not forgetting to pass our angbaos to Shikin's elder sister. Followed Chris back to Yishun again and he dropped us at Northpoint. Shopped a while at Northpoint and we decided to go Causeway point afterthat.

So next upcoming events will be Jasmine's wedding day on 15 Dec then my trip to Taiwan on 19 Dec. ;P Hee I am so thrilled!!!!!!!
