Well its been quite a while since i last updated.. alright lets start from last saturday which is the 7th day of chinese new year. Traditionally, it is suppose to be everyone's birthday, so my family kinda celebrated it with tossing of yu sheng followed by a sumptuous indonesian cuisine. Well after dinner we went to the ang bao river festival. Rather disappointed with this yr ang bao river festival cos they changed the venue to war memorial park then due to the monuments, the tents are spread out in clusters all over the place... very messy. Compared to last yr's, this year's has lesser stalls and the ping tang hu lu sucks! Boring peformances too. Anywayz as we were along the highway pedestrian pathway waiting for the fireworks display to start at 9.30pm, i smelt durian. My goodness... wat a smell that spoilts the ambience of the place and my cousin even told me the smell came from the esplanade ("durian") opposite us. Muahahaha lame rite. Quite embarrassing though cos as we were "suaning" the durian culprits, we realised its the couple beside us sharing the box of durian puffs. LOL

Time really flies... 2 years ago, i was helping to decorate the stage for 3rd yr farewell party... and yesterday i found myself sitting among the audience watching the performance meant for our farewell celebrations. Performances were quite entertaining with the lecturers and students joining effort in performing songs and dance items. Mr Fraser sang us a liverpool song and ms phoon sang us Theresa Tang's yue liang da biao wo de xin. And i can say ms phoon's singing skill is really fantastic.. At first we thought the Av pple forgot to switch off the background music but its turns out to be ms phoon's voice. Anyway her voice really sounded very different, its so much sweeter. Haha Perhaps she can consider singing out her histology lecturers, its should be easier for the students to absorb haha. However, the part that i enjoyed most is the Mr and Ms Hawaii, it was a surprise that Mrs Koh dressed up like a Hawaii lady with everything (even a wig) but except the coconut husks and she was swaying her butt to the hawaii music. Haha. Its quite entertaining to see the performer's weird facial expression. Maybe they r kinda shy... Anywayz after the concert we were treated with refreshments which i didnt touch anything cos looks like the food were being placed in the open for quite some time. Bacteria contamination!! :X

As for the photo taking session, think the photo wont turns out nice cos its the huge gust of wind and the glaring sun that got our hair blown all over the place and our eyes closed to a slit. Worst still we even got to pay $1 per photo to have it enlarged to a A4 size. Oh my god!! the photo is meant to be kept for years and maybe after 5 yrs u will take it out to take a look. Juz imagine u seeing the enlarged ugly version of ur classmates.. Yeeeeee.... Luckily i took some photos during PTN thingy, sure the photo will be sooooo much nicer.. Haha
