"Relax" is the word i shall use to describe Penang. Having spent a couple of days in Penang, i've noticed the lifestyle there in Penang is much simpler and relaxing. The people there are more generous and kind. Take this as example, you can order food from the coffeeshop opposite and tell them to sent to ur table even though u r seating in another coffeeshop. In Singapore's case, the hawker will definetely scold u! In another example, the lady boss of our relative is soo kind, she actually lent our relative her personal 8 seater car as she knew Singaporeans are coming. In singapore's case, don think there is such a caring boss around. We just need to pray hard that they wouldn't fired u. Haha.

The other thing i have noticed is that there are very little fat people out there. This is because there are only a few fastfood restaurants and the food are served in small portions. Thats why the people are not fat even if they eat char kuay teow every day, unlike Singapore whereby the food is served in bigger portions (our 1 plate of chicken rice can be their 2 plates) and besides that fastfood restaurants can be found everywhere.

Maybe its the hill and the sea that makes Penang more airy and brighter. Think its a good place for retirement. Yep.. my parents are fond of Penang and maybe they will migrate there when they are old. As the living expenses is low, think ur CPF savings should be able to take u to ur deathbed. Not a bad idea though haha. At least its better than Chiang Mai, cos we dont knoe how to speak Thai and we don knoe anyone... And also i can go there for vacation. Yipee! Okie thats day dream...got to go back to reality......
